I have successfully held various leadership roles. My last role was HR Head - Europe and prior to that, I was a Global Head of Learning and Performance for a large pharmaceuticals company. A recipient of multiple awards, for the business of impact of learning interventions. Such varied experience marked with peaks and troughs, often helps him to quickly understand and appreciate where the client comes from.

Who are you?

A customized soft-skills training approach tailors development programs to a client’s unique experiences and background, making the learning process highly personal and effective.
